Skill : MES Consultant(Strong Wonderware) Exp : 3-6 Years Location : Any CGI **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Consultant with 46 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and manufacturing IT systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in **Wonderware** , AspenTech or AVEVA OSIsoft PI, along with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and system integration. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, implement, and support MES solutions across manufacturing environments. - Configure and customize **Wonderware** applications to meet business and production requirements. - Implement and support **AspenTech** solutions. - Work with cross-functional teams including operations, quality, IT, and automation engineers. - Integrate MES with **PLC, SCADA, DCS**, and ERP systems - Perform requirement gathering, functional design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. - Troubleshoot MES and data integration issues to ensure high system availability and performance. - Develop technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides. - Support continuous improvement initiatives and manufacturing digitization programs. **Required Skills & Experience** - 4–6 years of proven experience in **MES implementation and support**. - Strong hands-on experience with: - **Wonderware (Must)** - AspenTech (Aspen MES, Aspen PIMS, or related solutions) - Solid understanding of manufacturing processes (batch, discrete, or continuous). - Experience with industrial automation systems (PLC, SCADA, DCS). - Knowledge of system integration, data historians, and real-time data flows. - Familiarity with SQL databases, scripting, and basic software development concepts. - Understanding of Aveva OSIPI **Good to Have** - Experience integrating MES with **SAP or other ERP systems**. - Exposure to **cloud-based industrial platforms**.
