Job Role- MES Scrum Master Location-PAN INDIA Notice- 0 to 90 days .. **Role & responsibilities** - Managed programs for Manufacturing domains in MES (Preferred managed programs in Camstar / Siemens Opcenter Core platform) - Complete life cycle implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) - Strong communication & stakeholder management - ITIL certification / knowledge (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level mgmt.) - Support Agile delivery of MES solutions - Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives - Team leadership & people management - Analytical & data-driven decision-making - Conflict management & negotiation **Preferred candidate profile** - Good communication skills, adaptable, fast learner, committed and driven to set and achieve team goals - Good leadership abilities: able to coordinate and direct phases of project based efforts while supervising, motivating and leading project teams - Must possess excellent ability to facilitate effective communication. Good Team skill. - Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement - Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance - Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
