**Experience : 8 to 12 years** **Location : Puducherry** **Qualification : B.E - Metallurgical Engineering** **Responsibilities :** - **Adhering QMS, EMS and OHSAS requirements.** - **Ensure incoming part material conformance (Raw material, Heat treatment completed parts)** - **Special process audit (Conduction hardening, Induction hardening and Heat treatment) and 1st off approval verification.** - **Adhering lab equipment calibration and maintenance.** - **CQI-9 adherence monitoring and audit as per plan** - **Reduction of rejection through QCC/ QIT.** - **5S adherence** - **Metallurgical report approval** - **Special process revalidation** - **Failure analysis for inhouse and customer complaint parts.** - **Manpower handling** - **Periodic training to lab and special process operator.** **Desired Profile :** - **Strong in Metallurgy & heat treatment, QA compliance, failure analysis, vendor audits, process improvement, team handling** - **Candidates from auto components industry preferred**
