Regulatory Conformity of Production (COP) **Back ground :** · Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering **Educational Essential Desirable :** B. Tech / B.E **Experience :** 9 – 11 years. **POSTING LOCATION :** Gurgaon / Rohtak **Nature of experience:** Performing testing as per COP Requirements: Emission, In-Service, In-use Performance Ratio & Whole Vehicle Safety. - Knowledge about Vehicles and latest technologies like: EV, ADAS etc. - Knowledge of Vehicles Type Approval & COP Activity. - Experience in co-ordination with Regulatory Agencies like ICAT / ARAI (Natrax) etc. - Experience in handling Part COP compliance for safety critical components. - Holding valid Driving License with on road driving experience of 3+ years. - Hands on experience of WVSCOP and Emission Testing: Emission, Pass by Noise, Brake etc. - Hands on Experience on RDE and SHED. - Co-ordination with Regulatory body for Regulatory Emission & Safety COP Testing. - Test witness along with Regulatory body. - Preparation & Perfoming Tests - Test Report Preparation, Compliance record maintaining. - Ensuring Compliance to Part COP Requirements - Co-ordination with Regulaotry body for RDE & SHED Testing - Co-ordination with Regulatory body for Regulatory Emission & Safety COP Testing. - Test witness along with Regulatory body. - Preparation & Perfoming Tests - Test Report Preparation, Compliance record maintaining. - Ensuring Compliance to Part COP Requirements - Co-ordination with Regulaotry body for RDE & SHED Testing - Automotive regulations and tests (Indian & ECE – Europe regulations) - Knowledge on upcoming regulations.
