This role combines people leadership, test governance, technical direction, stakeholder management, and audit-ready verification delivery. What you’ll be doing • Define and continuously improve the functional, automation and performance verification strategy in alignment with product roadmaps, business priorities, regulatory commitments, and release plans. • Lead functional, automation and performance engineers; manage capacity, hiring, onboarding, objectives, coaching, technical development, succession planning, and delivery accountability. • Establish test governance, risk-based planning, estimation, entry and exit criteria, requirements traceability, defect management, quality metrics, dashboards, and release-readiness assessments. • Own the roadmap and governance for reusable C#-based REST API and UI automation frameworks, including coding standards, test-data management, parallel execution, logging, reporting, and environment configuration. • Ensure stable daily smoke tests, staged regression execution, automated quality gates, baseline performance tests, and scheduled release-level suites within CI/CD pipelines. • Guide validation of HL7 ADT, FHIR resources, clinical workflows, EMR/EHR interfaces, connected medical devices, real-time communications, notifications, and downstream clinical systems. • Partners with product, clinical, systems, architecture, development, DevOps, cybersecurity, quality, regulatory, service, and external integration teams to resolve dependencies and quality risks. • Drive root-cause analysis by correlating automation and performance results with application logs, API traces, network data, database records, queues, container metrics, and infrastructure telemetry. • Incorporate field issues, customer feedback, post-market learnings, and production trends into regression, reliability, and performance coverage. • Maintain audit-ready plans, cases, objective evidence, reports, approvals, and traceability in approved tools such as Jira, Jama, and validated test-management systems. • Communicate quality status, risks, mitigation plans, resource needs, automation value, performance findings, and go/no-go recommendations to program and leadership forums. What you’ll bring • B.E/B.
