**Job Discription-** **Job Title - Microsoft 365 Architect** **Location:** Greater Noida **Years of Experience:** 3-5 years **Role overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect to join our Global Collaboration Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, automating, and governing Microsoft 365 solutions across a global enterprise environment. This role combines solution architecture, engineering, automation, platform governance, Copilot enablement, collaboration technologies, migration projects, and operational excellence. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Microsoft, security teams, and infrastructure teams to deliver innovative collaboration solutions while ensuring stability, security, and scalability of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. **Responsibilities:** - **Microsoft 365 Architecture & Engineering** - Design and implement enterprise-grade Microsoft 365 solutions. - Define architecture standards and governance for Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Power Platform. - Lead technical assessments, proof of concepts, and new feature evaluations. - Create solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans. - **Microsoft 365 Automation & Scripting** - Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate, Azure Automation, and Power Platform. - Automate administrative and operational tasks. - Develop self-service solutions and operational workflows. - Build reporting and monitoring solutions for Microsoft 365 services. - **Microsoft Copilot & AI Adoption** - Drive enterprise adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot. - Design and implement Copilot governance frameworks. - Create and manage Copilot Agents and Copilot Studio solutions. - Build business-focused AI use cases. - Work with business units to identify automation and AI opportunities. - Collaborate with Microsoft support teams to resolve advanced Copilot issues. - **Microsoft 365 Migration Projects** - Lead Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration programs. - Design migration strategies for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Groups. - Manage coexistence, federation, free/busy integration, and migration cutovers. - Define migration governance, risk mitigation, and rollback strategies. - **Exchange Online & Mail Services** - Architect and support Exchange Online, Shared Mailboxes, Resource Mailboxes, Room Mailboxes, Distribution Lists, Mail Flow, and SMTP Relay Solutions. - Troubleshoot complex mail routing and delivery issues. - Implement email security controls including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Anti-phishing, and Mail hygiene solutions. - **Teams & Video Conferencing Solutions** - Design and support Microsoft Teams Rooms solutions. - Configure Room Mailboxes and meeting room policies. - Implement and troubleshoot Teams Rooms, Teams Calling, Teams Federation, Teams Meeting Rooms, and Teams Devices. - Integrate third-party video conferencing and room systems with Microsoft 365. - **Identity & Access Management** - Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). - Support synchronization services, Hybrid Identity, AD Connect, Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO. - Participate in security and identity architecture reviews. - **Solution Governance & Stakeholder Engagement** - Engage with Microsoft engineering and support teams. - Work with business leaders and global stakeholders. - Provide architecture guidance for strategic initiatives. - Establish operational standards and best practices. **Mandatory Skills:** - Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID) - PowerShell (Advanced) - Microsoft Graph API - Microsoft 365 Copilot - Tenant-to-Tenant Migration - VIP Support Experience **Qualifications** The successful candidate should demonstrate a strong solution architecture mindset, deep Microsoft 365 technical expertise, advanced PowerShell automation skills, proven experience driving Copilot adoption programs, and experience leading enterprise migration projects. Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to work directly with Microsoft engineering teams on critical escalations.
