**Must-Have** : **Must-Have** **Job Title: Microsoft 365 Architect / Lead** **Role Overview** We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Architect to design, implement, and manage enterprise-scale M365 environments. The role focuses on modern workplace solutions, including Intune administration, endpoint management, security, and Windows 365 Cloud PC. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in M365 services, device management, identity, and security, along with the ability to lead initiatives and provide L3 support. **Key Responsibilities** **M365 & Endpoint Management** - Administer, manage, and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID) - Lead design and implementation of Windows 365 (Cloud PC) environments - Drive Windows Autopilot (Zero-touch provisioning) for endpoint onboarding - Act as SME for modern device and endpoint management strategy **Intune Administration (Core Focus)** - Manage and administer Microsoft Intune environment end-to-end: - Device enrollment and lifecycle management - Configuration profiles and compliance policies - Application packaging, deployment, and updates - Endpoint security policies (AV, encryption, firewall) - Monitor and enforce device compliance and conditional access integration - Troubleshoot complex Intune-related issues and provide L3 escalation support **Security & Identity Management** - Implement and manage: - Conditional Access policies - Zero Trust security controls - Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML-based authentication - Work with security teams on: - PKI and certificate-based authentication - Manage identity and access lifecycle in Entra ID (Azure AD) **Collaboration & Support** - Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and networking teams - Lead and support M365 transformation or migration projects - Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide L3 support for critical issues - Educate stakeholders on M365 best practices and governance
