**Key Skills Required** - Deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Agent development - Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, LLMs, and Generative AI solutions - Experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade AI assistants and copilots - Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform - Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and enterprise systems - Expertise in Prompt Engineering, AI Grounding, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Database, Azure AI Foundry. - Strong understanding of AI Governance, Security, Compliance, and Responsible AI practices - Experience leading technical teams, architecture reviews, and AI initiatives **Mandatory Skills Required** - Generative AI and Conversational AI - Microsoft 365 Copilot Extensibility - Azure OpenAI Services - Prompt Engineering and AI Governance - Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) - Knowledge Management and Enterprise Search - API Integration and Custom Connectors - Solution Architecture and Enterprise Integration - AI Security, Compliance, and Responsible AI **Required Work Experience** - 15+ years of overall IT experience - 10+ years of experience in Power Platform and Microsoft ecosystem technologies - 3+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI, Conversational AI, or Copilot solutions - Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI transformation programs - Strong experience in solution architecture, governance, and technology strategy
