**Location : Pan India (If its Hyderabad the candidate has to attend face2face Interview)** **Exp : 5+** **Notice Period : July Joiner** **Profile Requirements:** Minimum of 6+ relevant years of proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in **Project Operations and Sales modules.** - **Core MSD Skills:** - Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, specifically **Project Operations and Sales.** - Exclude candidates with sole experience in the Customer Service module. - Configure and customize Dynamics 365 using out-of-the-box features. - Develop and maintain document templates and contract templates. - **General MSD Skills:** - Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet business needs. - Design and implement workflows, plugins, and custom entities. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Dynamics 365 environment. - Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications. - Conduct unit testing and ensure quality assurance. - Provide technical support and training to end-users. - Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices. - Actively participate in meetings and take on responsibilities as needed. **Technical Skill Requirement:** •       Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. •       Minimum 5 years of experience in development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment. •       Hands-on experience writing plugins, workflows, JavaScript, dialogs, etc. •       Excellent analytical and communication skills. •       Experience with .NET, C#, and JavaScript is a plus. •       Working knowledge of CRM interoperability with MS Office, MS Office 365, SharePoint, Azure, and MS BI Stack. •       Proficiency in C#/VB.NET, ADO.NET, XML, T-SQL, jQuery, JavaScript, Web Services, ASP.NET, and Silverlight. **Desirable/Good to Have** •       Knowledge in DevOps concepts and cloud domain •       Experience in Agile methodology and knowledge in AWS •       Good to have Adobe Experience Manager content management system experience •       Use of AI tools Co-pilot within MSD
