Job description

**Job Title:** CRM Support Engineer (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) **Experience Required:** 5 to12 Years **Location:** PAN India **Job Description:** We are looking for a skilled CRM Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365 CE) to provide application support, maintenance, and enhancements. The ideal candidate should also have working knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline creation and deployment automation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide **L2/L3 support** for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365 Customer Engagement). - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to **workflows, plugins, integrations, and configurations**. - Monitor application performance and ensure **system availability and reliability**. - Manage **incident, problem, and change requests** through ITSM tools. - Perform **data fixes, environment management, and release support activities**. - Design and maintain **CI/CD pipelines** for CRM deployments using Azure DevOps. - Support **code deployments, version control, and release management** processes. - Work closely with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements. - Document solutions, known issues, and support procedures. **Required Skills:** - Strong experience in **Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 CE Support**. - Knowledge of **customization and configuration** (entities, forms, workflows, plugins). - Hands-on experience with **Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline creation**. - Experience in **solution deployment and environment management** (Dev, UAT, Prod). - Basic understanding of **C#, JavaScript, Web APIs** (for troubleshooting). - Knowledge of **integration** with external systems. - Familiarity with **ITIL processes and ITSM tools**.
