Role: Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Lead / Architect Developer (9-12 Years) Experience: Minimum 9-12 Years Location : Greater Noida Work mode : Work from office 5 days a week. We at Coforge currently hiring an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead/Architect to drive solution architecture, technical design, and implementation of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CRM engagements. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep expertise across Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions. - Conduct technical presentations, solution demos, and architecture workshops with clients. - Define scalable solution architecture and integration strategies. - Review technical designs, code quality, and deployment standards. - Lead development teams and provide technical guidance and mentoring. - Drive Power Platform adoption through Power Apps and Power Automate solutions. - Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions. - Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, security, and performance standards. - Support estimation, solution planning, and pre-sales activities. **Required Skills** - 9-12 years of IT experience with extensive Dynamics 365 CE implementation experience. - Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE architecture, customization, and integrations. - Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and Power Platform. - Experience with Azure Integration Services, Azure Functions, and Dataverse. - Proven experience leading technical teams and enterprise CRM implementations. - Strong understanding of solution architecture, integration patterns, and design best practices. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. **Preferred Skills** - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect/Developer certifications. - Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks and Agile delivery models. - Pre-sales, solutioning, and client-facing consulting experience.
