**Microsoft Endpoint Administrator (SCCM/Intune) Walk in Drive @ Bangalore Location** **Microsoft Endpoint Administrator (SCCM/Intune)** **Location: Bangalore** **Address: TCS, L center, Unit 6, No. 78, 79 & 83, L-Center, PIP Industrial Area, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066Key (Landmarks: It is situated right next to Vydehi Hospital)** **Experience: 7 years to 12 years** **Interview Mode: Walk In Drive** **Interview Date: 27th June 2025 (Saturday)** **Interview Time: 10: 00 AM to 2: 00 PM** **Must-Have** An individual contributor in a Consulting & Professional services team, who is focused on driving build / Transition / Migration assignment and handover to operations team **Technical Skills:** - Experience in Design and Implementation of SCCM for a medium to large customer environment - Experience in Hardware sizing for SCCM site host server requirements. - Comprehension of SLAs and respective configuration/Sizing of SCCM features to meet those SLAs - Experience in Designing Backup, Disaster Recovery, High Availability for SCCM. - Experience in installation and configuration of all SCCM roles. - Understanding of PKI infrastructure requirements for IBCM configuration. - Experience with Patch Management requirements SUPs, Automated Deployment Rules, SUG creation - Experience in OSD deployment Loading of Images, Applications, Importing and Creation of Driver packages, Implementation of Task Sequences - Experience in integrating MDT with SCCM. - Experience in troubleshooting network issues between SCCM Agent / Site Site communication - Knowledge and troubleshooting experience on Agent Rollout , Application Rollouts and OS Deployments - Knowledge on SQL Queries and administration. - Experience in migration / upgrade from SCCM to MECM - Experience in an at least one scripting language (VB scripting, Batch File Programming, Power Shell Scripting, WSH) - Good Knowledge of Windows servers 20xx , Active directory, Group policy, DHCP, DNS, basic windows networking - Good to have - expertise in third party tools integration 1E Shopping, 1E Nomad, Adaptiva, Lumension - Infrastructure design, architecture setup with Intune - Microsoft Endpoint Management - Responsible for device management, maintaining the Intune/Autopilot environment OSD creation/maintenance, application packaging/deployment, Windows patching, hardware specs, etc. - Administer, integrate and co-management (Intune-SCCM) - Device Management - JAMF and Intune MDM - Setup of Policies - M365 Security Products (Microsoft Defender ATP, MDAV, Azure RMS) - Microsoft Windows 10 Security and Management (Bitlocker, MBAM, DeviceGuard, Credential Guard) - Windows 10 driver, power utility - In depth expertise in Autopilot, Co-management, Conditional Access, device policies, MAM for IOS and Android), in depth understanding in Azure Active Directory and Office 365, Security (LAPS, Bitlocker, Windows Hello for Business, Certificate 802.1X) - Good experience in Microsoft Cloud/Hybrid Cloud Management. Onboarding and configuring and transition to cloud - Exposure around Integration and Network security - Understanding of LAN, WAN & voice network environments, routing protocols, various technology architectures including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN - Extensive hands on support experience of supporting Windows 10 and the O365 Office suite of programs **Good-to-Have** 1. Experience with IT Service Management Tools (preferably Remedy, Service Now) 2. Knowledge of ITIL Processes 3. ITIL V3 Foundation (beneficial) or comparable knowledge 4.
