***TCS Hiring!!!*** **Role & responsibilities** - 5+ years of experience in **Power Platform and workflow automation** - Strong hands-on expertise in: - Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows) - Power Apps and Dataverse - Experience in **AI-based automation**: - AI Builder - Azure AI Services (OpenAI, Cognitive Services) - Knowledge of: - REST APIs, JSON, connectors, workflow expressions - RPA concepts and automation frameworks - Integration experience with **ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)** - Strong understanding of **S2P / P2P processes** - Exposure to **Azure services** and enterprise integrations - Basic programming knowledge (Python / .NET / JavaScript preferred) - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments - Design, develop, and deploy **Power Automate workflows (Cloud & Desktop)** - Build **AI-powered automation solutions** using: - AI Builder - Azure AI (OpenAI, Cognitive Services) - Power Virtual Agents (if required) - Automate S2P processes including: - Vendor onboarding - Purchase requisition & approval workflows - Invoice processing and validation - Payment processing workflows - Contract lifecycle management - Integrate solutions with: - ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) - Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) - Dataverse and third-party APIs - Develop **AI agents/bots** for procurement & finance queries - Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities - Ensure compliance with **security, governance, and performance standards** - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into solutions Provide **support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement**
