**Experience** : 15+ years IT experience with 5+ years in Microsoft Power Platform **Location** : Delhi NCR / Pune / Bangalore **Job Summary** Lead enterprise-scale Power Platform architecture, governance, and digital transformation initiatives using Power Apps, Code Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Copilot, AI Builder, Computer Use Agents, and AI-powered automation solutions. Drive the design and delivery of scalable low-code and pro-code solutions that integrate seamlessly across enterprise platforms. **Key Responsibilities** - Define end-to-end Power Platform architecture, governance, security, compliance, and environment strategy. - Architect enterprise solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Code Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Power Automate Desktop. - Design and develop custom applications using Code Apps, React JS, TypeScript, JavaScript, PCF Controls, and modern web technologies. - Design AI-powered solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Agentic AI, Computer Use Agents, and GitHub Copilot. - Lead integrations with Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and third-party systems. - Drive ALM, CI/CD, DevOps, platform governance, and CoE best practices. - Establish reusable architecture patterns, coding standards, and development frameworks for Power Platform and Code Apps solutions. - Mentor teams and ensure scalable, secure, high-performing, and maintainable solutions. **Required Skills** Power Platform & Low-Code Development - Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) - Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) - Power BI - Dataverse - Power Pages **Code Apps & Custom Development** - Experience designing and developing enterprise-grade Code Apps. - React JS, PCF Controls, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3. - Experience building custom extensions, reusable components, and responsive web applications. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and application architecture. **Governance & Platform Management** - Power Platform Governance - Security & Compliance - ALM & CI/CD - CoE Toolkit - CLI for Power Platform - DLP Policies - Licensing & Environment Strategy **Integration & Cloud Technologies** - Azure Functions - Logic Apps - API Management (APIM) - REST APIs - Microsoft Graph - Custom Connectors **AI & Automation** - AI Builder (OCR, Document Processing, Predictions, Intelligent Automation) - Microsoft Copilot - Power Platform Copilot - Copilot Studio - Computer Use Agents - Agentic AI - GitHub Copilot **Leadership** - Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, architecture governance, and communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** - Certifications: PL-600, PL-400, PL-900, AI-900 - Experience with Dynamics 365, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Power Pages, Microsoft 365, and enterprise transformation programmes. - Experience delivering enterprise solutions using a combination of Power Platform, Code Apps, and AI-powered development accelerators. **Education** B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / BCA / M.Sc. / B.Sc. **Core Skills Snapshot** Power Platform | Power Apps | Code Apps | Power Automate | Power BI | Dataverse | React JS | PCF | TypeScript | JavaScript | AI Builder | Copilot | Copilot Studio | Computer Use Agent | GitHub Copilot | Azure Integration | ALM | CI/CD | CoE Governance | Solution Architecture
