We are a global leader in the technology arena and theres nothing that can stop us from growing together.** **What we are looking for** **Role: Middleware Admin (Weblogic)** **Experience Range: 5 to 10 Years** **Location: Bengaluru** **Interview Date: 22nd August 26 (09:00 AM to 12:00 PM)** **Interview Venue: *TCS Think Campus*** B4, Electronic City Phase 2, ***Bengaluru*** , Karnataka, 560100. **Note-While coming for Walkin:-** · Please carry 2 or more copies of updated resume, 2 Passport size photo along with Govt ID proof(Xerox 2 copies) · Please do not bring personal laptop or electronic gadgets to TCS premises. **Must Have:** Must have experience installing, configuring and administering Middleware(Weblogic 11g/12c, WebSphere & Tomcat) Servers. Should have excellent skills in WLST. - Candidate must have expertise at clustering, application deployments and providing support to users in a fast paced, high availability, low latency environment. - Experience in Garbage collection / JVM tuning, memory management. - Expertise in system analysis, application server configuration, and administration. - Expertise in application build and deployment - Knowledge of Java/J2EE application troubleshooting. - Experience with Configuring Web Servers (Apache) and Load Balancing to work with Weblogic. - Strong understanding and working knowledge of networking, DNS, load balancing, and J2EE environments. - Strong skills in WLST. - Experience developing and executing WLST and UNIX shell scripts to automate common tasks including domain configuration and application deployments. **Good to Have:** - experience in weblogic administrations. - Ablity to manage new project/assignment and should manage effectively. - 24 X 7 oncall production support of multiple middleware instances to include tuning and troubleshooting - Install, upgrade, and configure Oracle Weblogic, Oracle Application Server and other middleware components including IBM Websphere and MQ. Looking for strong Weblogic skills. - Should have experience with deploying J2EE Applications on Weblogic/Websphere/Tomcat - Experience in writing automation scripts in WLST, Ant, Jython or Python and knowledge of Shell scripts - Should have excellent skills in WLST programming. - Perform and document technical administration and troubleshooting of middleware components including custom J2EE applications - Responsible for providing day-to-day support and maintenance for key middleware environments - Work in conjunction with other IT, application development, and business groups to understand functionality, scalability, performance, security, and integration requirements from the middleware perspective - Provide a high level of customer satisfaction through the effective delivery of technical support and service - Handling the ITSM requests(INC/CRQ/PRB/VMTs raised by the application teams related to middleware - Analyzing the alerts from Introscope, Sitescope and other monitoring tools to provide 100% application availability of the environment - Sound knowledge in Capacity planning and Performance Management - Drive SWAT Calls (Critical and High) during outages - Provide right solution within minimal timeslines to avoid business impact **Essential:** - experience in weblogic administrations. - Ablity to manage new project/assignment and should manage effectively. - 24 X 7 oncall production support of multiple middleware instances to include tuning and troubleshooting - Install, upgrade, and configure Oracle Weblogic, Oracle Application Server and other middleware components including IBM Websphere and MQ.
