Job description

Educational Requirements Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor Of Technology, Bachelor Of Comp. Applications, Master Of Comp. Applications, Master Of Engineering Service Line Cloud Infrastructure Services Responsibilities - Provide L1/L2 support for Mainframe systems (z/OS, TSO/ISPF) and/or middleware platforms. - Monitor system performance and handle alerts, incidents, and service requests. - Perform basic job monitoring, scheduling, and batch support (JCL). - Support middleware tools like WebSphere, JBoss, or MQ (basic admin tasks). - Assist in user access management and security compliance. - Support restart activities, log checks, and issue troubleshooting. - Follow ITIL processes (incident, change, request management). - Maintain documentation and operational runbooks. Technical and Professional Requirements: - Basic knowledge of Mainframe concepts (JCL, z/OS, datasets) - Basic exposure to Middleware (WebSphere / JBoss / MQ) - Understanding of batch processing and job monitoring - Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Remedy) - Basic troubleshooting and log analysis skills Preferred Skills: - Mainframes->MQSeries on Mainframe(Mainframe MQ) - Middleware->IBM Websphere MQ Server(MQ)(WMQ) - Middleware->Tomcat Servers - Middleware->Weblogic
