**Job Title:** MIS Analyst (Data Analytics) **Location:** Nahur, Mumbai **Experience:** 5-8 Years **CTC:** Up to 7 LPA **Notice Period:** Within 30 Days **Industry:** NBFC **About the Role:** We are looking for an **MIS Analyst** to join our team in **Nahur, Mumbai**. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building reports, and helping the business make sense of numbers. **Prior experience in the collections/lending industry is a must for this position.** **What You'll Do:** - Manage day-to-day MIS reporting and data requirements - Handle large volumes of data and turn them into clear, actionable reports - Build and maintain dashboards to track key business metrics - Work closely with the collections team to support reporting needs - Identify trends and patterns in data that help improve decision-making - Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports shared with stakeholders **What We're Looking For:** - 5-8 years of experience in MIS reporting and data management - Advanced Excel skills are a must (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.) - Working knowledge of Power BI and SQL is required - Prior experience in the collections/lending/NBFC industry is mandatory - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset - Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting timelines **Qualification:** Graduate (any stream) **Notice Period:** Immediate Joining OR Candidates who can join within 30 days will be preferred **Interested candidates can apply directly or share their updated resume at:** bhanupratap.sisodia@kissht.com +91 9152212874
