Job Title:MIS Executive (Night Shift) Location:Chennai, Tamil Nadu Shift Timing: Night Shift (On-site) Employment Type:\\\\ Full-Time Role Overview Im looking for an analytical and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team in Chennai for night-shift operations. The candidate will gather, process, and analyze multi-source operational data, build automated reporting structures, and present actionable insights to key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Data Management: Collect, clean, and consolidate raw operational datasets from multiple systems and databases to ensure overall data accuracy and integrity. Reporting & Dashboards: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, performance scorecards, and interactive dashboards to monitor business metrics. Data Analysis: Analyze operational trends, performance gaps, and variances to provide meaningful insight for management decision-making. Workflow Automation:Streamline daily reporting routines by building templates and leveraging advanced spreadsheet formulas and macros. Required Skills & Qualifications MS Office Proficienc: Advanced expertise in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables & Charts, Power Query, Macros/VBA, Conditional Formatting) and MS PowerPoint Data Analytics: Proven ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, detect anomalies, and perform root-cause analysis. Shift Availability: Absolute readiness to work full night-shift schedules on-site in Chennai. Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills for handling email reporting and cross-shift coordination. 13 years of MIS/Data Analytics experience. Preferred Qualifications \\* Basic exposure to SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for data visualization will be added advantage \\* Prior experience in night-shift operational models within BPO is must Preferred candidate profile Should be from BPO industry Perks and benefits Night shift allowances will be provided
