**About the Role** We are looking for an analytical **MIS Executive** to support the YouTube Team – Business Finance function. The role involves MIS reporting, dashboard creation, data analysis, financial reporting, and providing actionable business insights. **Key Responsibilities** - Build, maintain, and automate MIS reports and dashboards to track business and financial performance. - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, variances, and opportunities. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports covering revenue, cost, margins, and key operational metrics. - Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in reporting, data processing, and analysis. - Partner with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and align on financial metrics. - Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and tracking actuals vs. plan. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness across all reporting. **Requirements** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure ambiguous problems. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, Modelling, and Automation. - Experience with MIS reporting and dashboarding. - Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to enhance productivity and analysis. - Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets. - Good communication skills to present insights to stakeholders. **Experience:** 1–3 years **Location:** Bengaluru
