**Job Title: MIS Executive** **Location:** Bangalore **Experience:** 45 Years **Industry:** Solar / Renewable Energy **Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **MIS Executive** with strong expertise in **planning and scheduling** for solar projects. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in **Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project (MSP)** and capable of handling project data, reports, and timelines efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop, monitor, and update **project plans and schedules** using **Primavera P6 / MS Project** - Track project progress and prepare **daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports** - Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure schedule alignment - Identify schedule risks, delays, and deviations; propose corrective actions - Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and documentation - Support management with accurate data for decision-making - Ensure proper version control and data accuracy across all project reports **Required Skills & Qualifications** - **4–5 years of relevant experience** in MIS, planning, and scheduling - Strong hands-on experience with **Primavera P6 or MS Project (MSP)** - Good understanding of **planning & scheduling methodologies** - Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools - Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills **Preferred Qualifications** - **Engineering background**, preferably **Electrical Engineering**
