**We’ll Get Along If You…** - Bring 8+ years of overall QA experience, with atleast 5 years in automation testing - Believe the first quality of a great QA is the ability to probe a system deeply and detect hidden issues - Have strong hands-on experience with Cypress and/or Playwright - Are fluent in JavaScript/ TypeScript/ Python for writing clean, maintainable automation code - Understand web application architecture and can debug failures beyond surface-level symptoms - Have solid experience withAPItesting (Postman, RESTAssured, or similartools) - Are comfortable integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHubActions, GitLab CI) - Know your way around test case managementtools (TestRail, TestLodge, Zephyr, etc.) - Are familiar with browser automation, network monitoring, headless testing, and performance considerations Work confidently inAgile/Scrum environments and collaborate closely with developers - Lead by example with direct reportees over the past 3 years — mentor, review test strategy, and raise the overall quality bar - Have experience with Docker and testing in containerised environments - Are opinionated about quality—but open-minded, collaborative, and eager to learn **Good To Have** - Exposure to AI-driven features or platforms (document intelligence, workflow automation, risk/compliance systems) - Experience working on privacy, security, or compliance-focused products - Comfort collaborating with design teams or using tools like Figma - Curiosity to experiment with AI tools to improve test design, coverage, or productivity **Here’s What Your Day Would Look Like...** - Own test strategy and quality outcomes for a product module; both manual and automation - Design, build, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Cypress and Playwright - Probe systems deeply to uncover edge cases,race conditions, and failure scenarios - Collaborate with developers early—shift-lefttesting is your default mindset - Integrate automated tests seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines - Analyse testresults, investigate failures, and drive defects to closure - Improve test coverage, execution speed, and reliability continuously - Perform API, integration, and end-to-end testing across services - Troubleshootflaky tests and unstable environments - Mentor QAengineers and set best practices across the team - Stay ahead of emerging trends in automation,tooling, and quality engineering.
