Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Perform routine maintenance tasks on plastic injection molding equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend lifespan. • Troubleshoot issues with molds, injectors, and other machinery to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency. • Collaborate with production team members to identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process and implement changes as needed. • Conduct regular inspections of molds, tools, and equipment to detect defects or wear and tear. Job Requirements : • 5-10 years of experience in plastic injection molding industry. • Strong knowledge of mould maintenance procedures and techniques. • Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems using logical reasoning skills.
