**Must-Have** - Good understanding on AppD & Thousand Eyes Monitoring tools how it works - Designing and implementing monitoring tools requirements - Good communication & presentation skills - ITIL Process **Good-to-Have** JAVA Scripting Knowledge, knowledge in ServiceNow, Has worked in Agile team **Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role** - Candidate should have strong presentation skills and ability to prepare & present the HLD/LLD & influence design recommendations - Candidate must be able independently understand the requirements of Monitoring and able to setup - Candidate should be able to work on AppDynamics and Thousand Eyes Synthetic monitoring tools with minimum training - Candidate must be able to appropriately estimate the work once Product Owner presents the Product backlog - Candidate must be able to collaborate closely with stakeholders to fulfill their Demands - Candidate should be a good team player and have the ability to do switch-tasking if requires
