**Title:**Monitoring Executive **Experience**: 1+ years **Location:**Noida **Skills Required:** Monitoring, ticketing tools, infrastructure **Notice Period:**Immediate joiner or up to 1 month. We at Coforge are seeking a "Monitoring Executive " to support IT operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment * Perform 24x7 monitoring of PRADIP systems and critical infrastructure at the Data Center (DC). * Monitor alerts, events, and system health through monitoring tools. * Log, track, and update incidents/service requests in the ticketing system. * Ensure timely alert handling, escalation, and follow-up as per the defined escalation matrix. * Monitor SLA compliance and ensure timely closure of tickets. * Coordinate with support teams, OEMs, and stakeholders for issue resolution. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring and incident reports. * Maintain shift handover reports and operational documentation. * Identify recurring issues and escalate them for preventive action. * Support FMS Helpdesk operations and ensure uninterrupted monitoring services. Required Skills * Experience with Monitoring and Ticketing Tools. * Basic understanding of Data Center operations and IT infrastructure. * Knowledge of incident management and escalation processes. * Familiarity with SLA tracking and reporting. * Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills. * Ability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts. Preferred Skills * Exposure to NOC/Service Desk/Data Center monitoring environments. * Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management concepts. * Experience in FMS Support Operations.
