Key Responsibilities Domain & Business Validation  Analyze motor insurance business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications. ** Validate Business Processes Across** - New Business - Renewals - Endorsements - Cancellations - Claims - Underwriting - Policy Issuance - Premium Calculation  Review and ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company standards.  Act as a Subject Matter Expert for motor insurance applications and processes. Test Planning & Execution  Design, review, and execute comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.  Validate end-to-end business workflows across multiple systems.  Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing support.  Ensure coverage of positive, negative, and boundary test scenarios.  Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution. Stakeholder Collaboration Interna l  Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, Underwriters, and Claims teams.  Facilitate requirement clarification sessions and impact assessments.  Support business users during UAT and production validations.  Provide domain guidance to testing teams and project stakeholders. Quality Assurance & Process Improvement  Contribute to test strategy and quality improvement initiatives.  Identify opportunities for test automation and process optimization. Reporting & Governance  Prepare test execution reports and quality metrics.  Highlight risks, issues, and mitigation plans proactively. **Required Skills** Motor Insurance Domain Knowledge ** Strong Understanding Of** - Motor Insurance Products - Policy Administration Systems - Underwriting Rules Interna l  Functional Testing  System Integration Testing (SIT)  Regression Testing  UAT Support  Defect Management  Test Case Design Techniques  Requirement Traceability Tools & Technologies **Required Qualifications**  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.  5+ years of experience in Software Testing.  Minimum 3+ years of experience in Motor Insurance domain testing.  Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models.
