Drive technical architecture, ensure best practices, and mentor teams across end-to-end implementations. **Key Responsibilities** - Architect end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) and Power Platform - Define system architecture, integration patterns, and data models - Lead technical design, code reviews, and solution governance - Design and oversee integrations (Azure services, APIs, middleware, Dataverse) - Ensure scalability, performance, security, and compliance standards - Provide hands-on expertise in complex customizations and extensions - Collaborate with functional teams, stakeholders, and delivery leads - Mentor developers and enforce best engineering practices - Drive DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategy **Required Skills & Experience** - 10+ years in CRM/enterprise application development, with strong focus on D365 CE - Deep expertise in: - Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse architecture - Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) - .NET / C#, JavaScript, plugins, custom workflows - Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIM) - Strong experience in integrations, APIs (REST/SOAP), and microservices design - Knowledge of ALM, DevOps, and solution lifecycle management - Solid understanding of security, performance optimization, and data architecture **Preferred Qualifications** - Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Architect) - Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations - Exposure to industry frameworks and solution accelerators **Key Competencies** - Solution architecture,designing & problem-solving - Technical leadership & stakeholder management - Strong communication and mentoring abilities - Strategic thinking with hands-on capability Which grade yaar Megha, in mail she mentioned G4 to G6 but I checked with suresh they also having many G4 candidate but Rahul did not give approval so suresh told me look for G5 and G6 **Job Description**: **Role: Sr MS Dynamics Consultants** - 9-12 years of experience in design, develop, and customize solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements. - Automate workflows using Power Automate, including custom connectors and child flows. - Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability across CRM customizations. - Implement and manage custom plugins, workflows, and JavaScript-based enhancements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions. - Perform data migrations, integrations, and ensure data integrity across systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. - Maintain technical documentation and contribute to best practices in CRM development.
