We collaborate with our customers to co-create solutions that drive enterprise-wide digitalization while actively working to address social issues and contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). **Job Role: MS Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant - 9322** **Shift:** UK Shift (2 pm-11 pm) **Work Mode:** Hybrid **Total/Relevant Exp:** 7+/ 5+ yrs **Job Description:** Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant **Role Summary:** 5 to 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) – Sales, or Customer Service, hands on in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Workflows, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) **Key Responsibilities** - Implement and customize Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service - Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, BPFs, and security roles - Work on case management, SLAs, queues, and sales processes. - Develop Power Apps (model‑driven/canvas) and Power Automate flows - Gather business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions. - Support integrations with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and third‑party systems - Provide UAT, go‑live, and post‑go‑live support **Required Skills:** - 5+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) experience - Strong knowledge of Sales & Customer Service modules - Hands‑on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse. - Good understanding of CRM security and data model. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills **Soft Skills:** - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work independently and lead solution discussions - Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
