**Job Title:** MS Dynamics CRM Support Engineer (DevOps & CI/CD) **Location:** PAN India **Experience:** 5 - 12 Years **Employment Type:** Full-time **Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled **MS Dynamics CRM Support Engineer** with hands-on experience in **DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline implementation**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365) solutions while leveraging modern DevOps tools and automation to streamline deployments and improve system reliability. **Key Responsibilities** **CRM Support & Maintenance** - Provide **L2/L3 support** for Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365) applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve **functional and technical issues** in CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing). - Monitor system performance and ensure **high availability and reliability**. - Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions. - Handle data management, integrations, and configuration changes. **Development & Customization** - Design, develop, and maintain CRM customizations using: - Plugins - Workflows - JavaScript - Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps) - Work with **C#, .NET, Web APIs, and SDKs** for CRM enhancements. - Manage solution packaging, versioning, and release management. **DevOps & CI/CD** - Design and implement **CI/CD pipelines** for Dynamics CRM using tools such as: - Azure DevOps (preferred) - GitHub Actions (optional) - Automate build, deployment, and testing processes. - Manage source control using **Git repositories**. - Implement environment strategies (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod). - Ensure secure and compliant deployments using best DevOps practices. **Integration & Automation** - Integrate CRM with external systems using: - REST/SOAP APIs - Azure Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) - Enable automated deployments and testing strategies. **Collaboration & Documentation** - Work closely with **business stakeholders**, developers, and QA teams. - Prepare and maintain **technical documentation**, SOPs, and runbooks. - Provide on-call/production support when required. **Required Skills** **Technical Skills** - Strong experience with **Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365** - Proficiency in: - C#, .NET Framework/Core - JavaScript, HTML, CSS - Knowledge of **Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)** - Hands-on experience with: - Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Repos) - CI/CD pipeline creation and management - Experience in **solution management and deployment automation** - Familiarity with **Azure services** (Functions, Logic Apps, App Services) **Preferred Skills** - Experience with **Power BI** and reporting tools - Knowledge of **containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)** (nice to have) - Certifications: - Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications - Azure DevOps / Azure certifications - Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology **Soft Skills** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management - Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment - Ownership mindset with proactive approach **Nice to Have** - Experience in **ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Dynamics 365** - Exposure to **Test automation frameworks** - Knowledge of **security and compliance in CRM environments** **KPIs / Success Metrics** - SLA adherence for incident resolution - Deployment success rate - Reduction in manual deployment efforts via automation - System uptime and performance metrics
