**Hexaware is looking for MS Dynamics CRM Testing** Looking for Immediate joiners only **Job Description** We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with 4+ years of handson experience in testing SaaS-based Microsoft Dynamics applications. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven expertise in defect reporting, tracking, and root-cause analysis. **Key Responsibilities** Perform functional and regression testing for SaaS Dynamics applications. Log, track, and manage defects raised by self or team using standard tools. Conduct root-cause analysis and collaborate with engineering teams for resolution. Ensure quality and stability of MS Dynamics modules through structured testing. Prepare detailed test reports and documentation. Work effectively with crossfunctional global virtual teams **Required Skills** Strong understanding and handson experience with the Microsoft Dynamics platform. Experience in logging and tracking MS Dynamics application issues. Proficiency in identifying, analyzing, and reporting defects. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote/global setup. **Good to Have** Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium.
