**Job Title:** MS Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant **Experience:** 6–12 Years **Job Location:** Hyderabad / Pune / Noida **Employment Type:** Full Time **Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant** with strong functional and/or techno-functional expertise to support implementation, enhancement, and support projects across manufacturing, retail, or distribution domains. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and support **D365 SCM implementations** including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment - Work on core SCM modules such as: - Inventory Management - Warehouse Management (WMS) - Procurement & Sourcing - Product Information Management - Sales & Distribution - Master Planning / Demand Planning - Conduct **fit-gap analysis** and propose scalable solutions aligned with business requirements - Configure D365 SCM modules, workflows, security roles, and business processes - Prepare functional design documents (FDD), solution blueprints, and test cases - Support **data migration** , UAT, go-live, and post-production support - Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and reports - Provide user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer - Act as a key point of contact for business stakeholders and project teams **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - 6–12 years of experience in **Microsoft Dynamics 365 / AX Supply Chain Management** - Strong hands-on experience in at least **2–3 SCM modules** - Experience with **end-to-end D365 implementations** (minimum 1–2 projects) - Good understanding of **supply chain business processes** - Exposure to **LCS, RSAT, Data Management Framework (DMF)** - Knowledge of **integrations with third-party systems** - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills **Good to Have:** - Experience on **D365 Finance – basic understanding** - Knowledge of **Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI)** - Exposure to **manufacturing or retail industry projects** - Microsoft Dynamics certification (SCM / AX / D365) **Education:** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent - MBA / Supply Chain background is an added advantage If you want, I can also: - Customize this JD for **Functional / Technical / Techno‑Functional** roles - Align it to **immediate joiner** or **budget-constrained hiring** - Shorten it for **Naukri / LinkedIn posting** - Create a **skill matrix** or **Boolean search string**
