Job description

The role focuses on incident management, infrastructure troubleshooting, automation, monitoring, and maintaining reliable application operations. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN • Provide L2 support for Linux servers, application infrastructure, and production environments. • Manage and troubleshoot VMware virtual machines and infrastructure. • Support Kubernetes and OpenShift deployments, scaling, and container-related issues. • Automate routine infrastructure tasks using Bash, Python, Ansible, or Terraform. • Monitor system performance using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, or similar platforms. • Perform incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, documentation, and preventive actions. Qualifications You Have: • Any Bachelor''s degree or equivalent with 6+ years of experience. • Hands-on experience with Linux administration, preferably RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu. • Experience with VMware vSphere, virtual machine provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting. It would be nice if you also added: • Working knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift container platforms. • Proficiency in Bash/Shell or Python scripting and automation tools such as Ansible/Terraform. • Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and enterprise production environments.
