**Role & responsibilities** Roles & Responsibilities - Design, develop, customize, and maintain **Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales/Customer Service)** applications based on business requirements. - Configure and customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security roles. - Develop client-side customizations using **JavaScript (JScript)** and implement business logic within Dynamics CRM. - Build and maintain workflows using **Power Automate** and develop applications using **Power Apps** within the Power Platform ecosystem. - Perform solution deployment across Development, UAT, and Production environments using Dynamics Solutions. - Work with **Dataverse** to manage data models, relationships, and business processes. - Develop and optimize **SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts** for reporting, troubleshooting, and data processing. - Execute data migration activities using Microsoft Dynamics migration tools or third-party ETL solutions while ensuring data integrity. - Integrate Dynamics 365 with external applications using REST APIs and other integration methods. - Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, QA teams, and global stakeholders in an Agile (Scrum) environment. - Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions. - Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, estimations, and technical documentation. - (Good to Have) Develop server-side plugins and custom workflow activities using **C#/.NET**. **Preferred candidate profile** - 47 years of experience in **Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics 365 CE** development. - Hands-on experience with **Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Service** modules. - Strong experience in Dynamics CRM configuration, customization, and solution deployment. - Proficiency in **Power Platform**, including **Power Automate** and **Power Apps**. - Strong knowledge of **JavaScript (JScript)** for client-side customizations. - Good understanding of **Dataverse**, entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and security models. - Experience writing **complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts**. - Experience with data migration, data import/export, and ETL tools in Dynamics CRM implementations. - Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating Dynamics 365 with external enterprise applications. - Good understanding of Dynamics 365 technical architecture and solution lifecycle management. - Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while collaborating effectively with globally distributed teams. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Experience working in **Agile/Scrum** development environments. - **Preferred:** Experience with Plugin Development using **C#/.NET**, FetchXML, XRM Toolbox, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
