The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, and support system enhancements across procurement, inventory, and logistics processes **.Key Responsibilitie** **sFunctional Expertis** - eImplement and support **Dynamics 365 F&O SCM module** s, including - :Procurement & Sourcin - gInventory Managemen - tWarehouse Management (WMS - )Sales Order Processin - gMaster Planning / Demand Plannin - gUnderstand business needs and translate them into functional specifications **.Solution Design & Implementatio** - nConduct **requirement gathering workshop** s with business users - .Design and configure SCM processes in D365 F&O aligned with best practices - .Prepare **Functional Design Documents (FDD** ) and solution documentation - .Support **end-to-end project lifecycl** e (design, build, test, deploy, support) **.Testing & Deploymen** - tPerform **Unit Testing (UT** ), **System Integration Testing (SIT** ), and support **User Acceptance Testing (UAT** ) - .Ensure successful deployment and post-go-live stabilization **.Stakeholder Managemen** - tAct as a liaison between **technical teams and business user** s - .Provide training and support to end users - .Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Manufacturing, IT) **.Support & Optimizatio** - nProvide **production suppor** t and resolve system issues - .Identify improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements - .Support data migration and system upgrades **.Required Skills & Qualification** **sExperienc** - **e5–12+ year** s of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O - .Hands-on experience in **SCM modules implementation/suppor** t **.Functional Skill** - sStrong understanding of - :Supply Chain processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash - )Inventory & Warehouse operation - sPlanning & forecastin - gExperience in **configuration and parameterizatio** n in D365 F&O .
