Job description
**Role & responsibilities** Strong SQL expertise (queries, joins, debugging, performance tuning). • Hands-on experience in production support for enterprise applications. • Practical knowledge of Splunk for log monitoring, dashboard usage, and alert troubleshooting. • Good understanding of incident, change, and problem management workflows. • Knowledge of integration layers (APIs, middleware, queues, message brokers). • Experience with ITSM tools, preferably Zendesk. • Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot performance issues, and identify system bottlenecks. • Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills. \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_ Good-to-Have Skills • Basic proficiency with Linux and Windows command-line operations. • Experience in scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell) for automation. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, or job schedulers.
