**Role Requirements :** - Extensive experience in Android application development using Kotlin. - Expert knowledge of MVVM, Clean Architecture, modular application design, and scalable feature architecture. - Strong understanding and practical application of SOLID principles and advanced design patterns. - Deep expertise in Android Jetpack libraries including Navigation, WorkManager, ViewModel, LiveData, Room, and Dependency Injection frameworks. - Strong experience with both Jetpack Compose and traditional Android View-based UI development, including custom UI components. - Expert-level proficiency with Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, StateFlow, SharedFlow, structured concurrency, and asynchronous programming. - Experience designing medium to large-scale systems, API contracts, offline-first architectures, telemetry, and feature flag integrations. - Strong knowledge of Android performance optimization including application startup, rendering, memory management, battery optimization, and long-running application sessions. - Proven expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex production issues including ANRs, crashes, threading, and concurrency problems. - Hands-on experience with performance profiling tools such as Android Profiler, CPU/Memory profiling, Heap Dumps, Thread Dumps, Systrace, and Perfetto. - Experience driving engineering best practices including architecture reviews, code quality, automated testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and static code analysis. - Demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver complex features from design through production. - Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring engineers, leading technical design reviews, RFC discussions, and influencing engineering direction across multiple teams. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across globally distributed engineering teams.
