**Job Description:** MuleSoft Support Lead Role Summary Responsible for L2 L3 support of MuleSoft APIs and integrations, including bug fixing, code-level troubleshooting, minor enhancements, and production support to ensure system stability. Key Responsibilities Provide L2 L3 support for MuleSoft applications and APIs Handle production incidents, defects, and service issues Perform code-level troubleshooting in Mule flows and DataWeave Fix bugs, integration errors, and performance issues Implement minor enhancements and change requests Support deployments, hotfixes, and releases Monitor systems and ensure performance and availability Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and prevent recurring issues Manage tickets via ServiceNow/JIRA and meet SLAs Coordinate with teams and stakeholders Required Skills MuleSoft Anypoint Platform DataWeave, APIs (REST/SOAP) Debugging and production support (L2/L3) CI/CD, Git, monitoring tools Summary **Role focuses on L2/L3 support services, including:** Bug fixes code-level troubleshooting Production issue resolution Minor enhancements changes Ensuring system stability and performance
