A technical supervisor manages technical teams, oversees daily operations, and ensures that equipment and projects meet safety and quality standards. [1]What They Do • Supervise Operations: Oversee technical staff and daily production or maintenance work. • Fix Problems: Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and technical issues. • Ensure Safety: Enforce safety rules and quality guidelines on site. • Train Staff: Help team members learn new technical skills and use tools correctly. • Plan and Coordinate: Work with managers and other departments to finish projects on time.
