Relevant Experience Mode Work Location 5 - 10 years Work from Office Bengaluru / Pune / Coimbatore MY SQL Admin Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) with strong hands-on expertise in MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and NoSQL databases to manage, monitor, and optimize enterprise-scale database environments. The role involves production support, performance tuning, high availability, disaster recovery, security, automation, and cloud/on‑prem operations in a mission‑critical environment. **Key Responsibilities:** Administer and support MySQL, MS SQL Server, and NoSQL (MongoDB / Cosmos DB / DynamoDB). 24x7 production support, incident handling, MI calls, and RCA. Performance tuning, query optimization, indexing, and capacity planning. Implement and manage backups, restores, DR, HA, and replication. Database security, access management, patching, and compliance. Database upgrades, migrations, and cloud/on‑prem support. Automation and monitoring using scripts/tools; documentation & SOPs. **Skills Required:** Cloud (Azure/AWS) – preferred. Strong experience in MySQL & MS SQL Server. Hands-on with NoSQL databases will be added advantage. Performance tuning, DR, HA, backup & recovery.
