The candidate will ensure smooth relocation, maintain service quality, and provide excellent customer support throughout the moving process. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate packing and moving activities at customer locations. - Supervise the loading and unloading of household or office goods. - Ensure safe handling and transportation of customer belongings. - Communicate with customers regarding the relocation schedule and updates. - Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required. - Ensure timely completion of relocation services. - Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction. Requirements - Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate. - 03 years of experience in logistics, relocation, or field operations. - Good communication and customer handling skills. - Willingness to travel within the assigned location. - Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
