**Aim of job:** The NAM MT TranSCend Finance Testing Manager is responsible to deliver E2E Finance testing for TranSCend releases within their geographical scope. This includes detailed planning, execution, monitoring reporting, as well as ensuring accurate compliant documentation for audit, and managing risks and dependencies across the release. The role will work in partnership with key stakeholder groups such as TranSCend Global Validation team, Finance GPO organization, TranSCend Implementation CoE to derive appropriate strategy, compliant execution and optimization of the process, ensuring business priorities, and transformation goals are met. TranSCend is a multi-year digital transformation journey that will harmonize our many disparate global ERPs into a single SAP/S4 HANA platform to modernize our digital core and enable a digitized end-to-end (E2E) business. **Main accountabilities:** - Awareness of the project plan and scope for each release - Proactively build testing plan to align with deployment plan based on inputs from BPO PO incl TransAct LEGO - Define and align overall finance test scope for each test phase - Co-ordinate finance testing scope alignment across: - Other TranSCend teams E2E testing - FIN teams E2E FIN testing (incl any legacy ERP) - TranSCend, SigniFi, LEGO - Perform risk analysis to timelines while driving the Release Process and cadence and pushing teams to deliver on time to meet critical deliverables. - Guiding the finance Team through the overall testing framework strategy, deliverables, and related timelines. - Prepare Testing Metrics collection reporting processes. - Proactively lead the FIN implementation CoE and other testing teams through all TranSCend NAM OTC test phases (SIT, BST, SCT, UAT, BRT) and ensure timely completion. - Co-ordinate preparation of all necessary test scenarios - Lead delivery and interpretation of testing metrics timely for status reporting, and stage gate readiness - Ensure all FIN Testing defects are appropriately documented in JIRA, assigned and pro-actively resolved. - Coordinate / align the plan for PRV (Production Readiness Verification) across all involved finance teams - Ensure all FIN Hypercare defects are appropriately documented, assigned and pro-actively resolved, with clear, timely and accurate reporting. - Identify testing improvements for future efficiency. - Demonstrates an understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices, and has experience generating effective prompts to boost efficiency and productivity. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 10 years of professional experience in accounting/finance. Shared Service Center experience is an asset. - Proven experience managing teams (including supervisors and managers). - Strong knowledge of accounting principles (US GAAP and applicable local standards) and corporate policies (e.g., WWP/ICG and SOX controls). - Experience with close processes, GL reconciliations, and complex revenue accounting issues. - Strong business partnering, communication skills, and ability to link business changes to process adaptation. - Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking). - Business, process and teams transformation experience(preferable). - Knowledge of process automation (RPA, macros, integration tools) and data analysis. - Core Competencies: Leadership and talent development - Focus on control and compliance - Process orientation and continuous improvement - Analytical thinking and problem solving - Stakeholder influence and relationship management Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
