Domain Requirements - Graduate in any stream with relevant travel experience - International Air Transport Association (IATA) Certified or Diploma in Travel and Tourism - Good knowledge of Airline Industry - Good understanding of IATA New Distribution Capability (NDC) - Good understanding of XMLs, API - Previous work experience in Audits, Refunds, Reissues, Fares & Pricing, Travel agencies Other Requirements - Available to work in 24X7 shifts - Good communication - Good Analytical, Troubleshooting & Research skills. - Hands-on experience on any GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport) - Working knowledge of standard industry applications (ATPCO, ServiceNow preferred) - Working knowledge of MS Office and other standard desktop applications - Good coordination skills. - Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
