Applications,Bachelor Of Science,Bachelor of Engineering,Bachelor Of Technology **Service Line** Cloud Infrastructure Services **Responsibilities** - As part of the Infosys delivery team, your primary role would be to interface with the client for quality assurance, issue resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction. - You will understand requirements, create and review designs, validate the architecture and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain. - You will participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews. - You will lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management and adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes. - You would be a key contributor to building efficient programs/ systems and if you think you fit right in to help our clients navigate their next in their digital transformation journey. **Additional Responsibilities:** Skills: Domain Network Routing Switching, Network Security Applications, Network-Load Balancer- F5, Cato Network, Palo Alto Firewall **Technical and Professional Requirements:** Deep understanding of network protocols: SDWAN, SDLAN, TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, WLC, WAP, VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol Network Configuration Management: Configure and maintain network devices including routers, switches, access points, and firewalls according to established standards and best practices. Network monitoring: Monitor network performance metrics like bandwidth utilization, latency, and packet loss to identify potential issues and proactively address them Troubleshooting skills: Ability to analyze network traffic, diagnose issues using tools like ping, traceroute, and packet captures Wireless Network troubleshooting for Cisco, Aruba, Juniper ITIL Process working experience of Incident, Change, Problem, Configuration management Working knowledge on DNS/DHCP/IPAM, Cloud Proxy. **Preferred Skills:** - Domain->Networks Information Security->Wireless Technologies - Standards and Protocols - Technology->Network-LAN-Switches->Cisco-LAN-Switches - Technology->Network-Load Balancer->Cisco - ACE - Technology->Network Management->DDI Solution - Technology->Network->Cisco Identity Services Engine ( ISE ) - Technology->SDN-NFV->Software Defined WAN( SDWAN)
