Job Description: 1. **Support and maintain LAN, SD-WAN, and WiFi Infrastructure** **Manage and troubleshoot Networking equipment including Juniper Switches(EX Series and above) and Routers, and HPE Switches** 2. **Configure and maintain Fortinet SDWAN (WAN and Firewall) Solutions** **Administer Palo Alto and Checkpoint firewalls to ensure robust security measures** 3. **Knowledge in Aruba Wireless** 4. **Collaborate with team to manage workloads efficiently** **Act as a supplementary resource to offload operational network support tasks** 5. **Experience in setting up alert monitoring, considering the monitoring tools deployed in the environment** 6. **Excellent troubleshooting skills. Should be able to resolve any issue related to Network issues independently. Should be able to quickly isolate the problem and provide resolution to meet the SLAs** 7. **Excellent documentation skills. Should have prior experience in creating run books, SOPs etc.** 8. **Flexible working in 24x7 operations (working in shifts, on-call support etc.)** 9. **Should have excellent communication and presentation skills as the candidate needs to work with Architects, Service Owners, Business Leaders and other technical teams** 10. **Should be a team player and have ability to train L2 and L1 resources** 11. **Good understanding of ITIL processes Incident, Problem, Configuration and Change Management (ITIL)** 12. **Flexible to learn other technologies as per project requirements**
