**Job Title:** **Network Administrator Cisco Meraki** **Position:** Lead Analyst (LA) **Experience:** 1013 Years **Location:** Bangalore **Shift:** EST Shift **Employment Type:** Full Time **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Network Administrator – Cisco Meraki** to support and manage enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Cisco Meraki technologies, routing, switching, wireless networking, SD-WAN, and network operations, with proven experience handling critical incidents in a 24x7 environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Cisco Meraki solutions (MX, MS, MR, SD-WAN). - Monitor network performance, security, and availability using Meraki Dashboard. - Troubleshoot complex issues across routing, switching, wireless, VPN, and security domains. - Manage firmware upgrades, patching, and lifecycle activities for network devices. - Configure and support VLANs, VPNs, SD-WAN, OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP. - Handle major incidents (P1/P2), escalations, and provide timely resolution. - Support WLAN controllers, wireless technologies, and enterprise networking environments. - Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams for network optimization. - Develop and maintain network documentation, SOPs, and technical guides. - Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership. **Required Skills** - 10+ years of experience in Network Operations and Support. - Strong expertise in Cisco Meraki, Routing & Switching, SD-WAN, and VPN technologies. - Advanced troubleshooting knowledge of VLAN, VTP, STP, Port Channel, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP, VSS, and vPC. - Experience with Cisco iWAN, WAN technologies, and VPN tunnels. - Strong understanding of wireless networking and WLAN controllers. - Experience working in a 24x7 Network Operations Center (NOC) environment. **Preferred Certifications** - CCNP (Preferred) - CCIE (Highly Preferred)
