**Roles and Responsibilities** - Design, implement, and maintain Cisco Voice solutions for customers. - Configure and troubleshoot PBX systems, dial plans, gateways, and other related components. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of voice networks with existing infrastructure. - Provide technical support to resolve complex issues related to voice networking and collaboration. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Voice Network Engineering. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 7-12 years of experience in Cisco Voice Networking or equivalent experience on similar technologies (Avaya/Nortel). - Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.). - Strong understanding of Cisco Collaboration Infrastructure including IP Phones, SIP Trunking, Video Conferencing etc. - Proficiency in configuring Dial Plans & Gateways; Knowledge of PRI/SIP Providers; Experience with IVR setup.
