Meraki Dashboard configuration (Switching, Wireless, Security & SD-WAN) 2. Network monitoring and telemetry tools (SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog) - Strong understanding of: 1. TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP basics) 2. Network performance tuning and troubleshooting methodologies - Experience with automation and scripting (Python preferred) for data extraction and reporting - Exposure to REST APIs and Meraki APIs for automation and integration - Ability to analyze large volumes of network data and derive actionable insights Familiarity with ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management 1.
