Specialist - Cloud \& Infra Management Job Title Network Engineer Enterprise Network Operations L2L3 Experience 5 to 8 Years Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer responsible for deployment operations monitoring and troubleshooting of enterprise network infrastructure across LAN WAN WLAN and SDWAN environments The role involves supporting businesscritical network services in a hybrid infrastructure spanning onprem and cloud environments Key Responsibilities Network Operations Support Configure deploy and manage routers switches firewalls wireless controllers and access points Support LANWANWLAN and SDWAN environments across multiple locations Perform L2L3 troubleshooting incident resolution and escalation handling Diagnose and resolve network issues impacting availability performance or security Monitoring Performance Monitor network health using tools such as SolarWinds SCOM PRTG Nagios Analyze s logs and traffic patterns to proactively prevent outages Perform network performance tuning and optimization Change Maintenance Execute planned network changes including upgrades patching and configuration updates Support firmware upgrades and lifecycle management activities Ensure adherence to change management processes ITIL Documentation Inventory Maintain accurate documentation of oNetwork diagrams HLDLLD oDevice configurations oIP addressing and topology Maintain network inventory and configuration backups Collaboration Work with crossfunctional teams Cloud Security Server teams Support hybrid cloud connectivity AzureAWS basics Provide technical support during audits and compliance checks Required Skills Core Networking Routing BGP OSPF EIGRP Switching VLAN STP VTP trunking port security Protocols TCPIP DNS DHCP NAT Platforms Technologies Cisco Catalyst Nexus ISRASR Aruba Juniper good to have SDWAN Cisco SDN Meraki basicintermediate Tools Monitoring SolarWinds SCOM PRTG Ticketing ServiceNow preferred Good to Have Python or scripting basics Exposure to cloud networking AzureAWS Understanding of security concepts firewalls VPN Certifications Preferred CCNA CCNP Enterprise ITIL Foundation
