Job description

**Role & responsibilities** **Education:** A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT or related field is typically required. **Technical Skills:** 1. Strong knowledge of Computer network Infrastructure 2. Proficiency with LAN/WAN infrastructure including switches, routers and wireless controllers(Cisco & Aruba). 3. Good to have experience in CPPM and Solarwinds Orion. 4. Experience with network protocols, hardware, software and troubleshooting. **Soft Skills:** 1. Strong Problem solving and analytical skills are essential. 2. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical staff. **Key Responsibilities** **Network Management:** Manage the daily operations of all computer networks. **Installation & Configuration:** Install and configure new hardware and software (switch, router, wlc and Access Point etc..) **Maintenance & Troubleshooting:** Perform Maintenance, apply operating system updates, and configuration changes to ensure optimal performance and reliability. **Security:** Ensure network security and take responsibility for security measures. **Data Management:** Perform data backups when required.
