Job description
**Role & responsibilities** NOTICE PERIOD-IMMEDIATE TO 30 DAYS **1.** **Responsible for Designing and providing LAN/WAN Network administration, Enterprise wireless, and** **Cisco ASA /Palo Alto firewall administration.** **2.** **Troubleshooting the Level 3 and advanced network issues and performing call backs ensuring issues are resolved & appropriate solution is provided to the customer.** **3.** **Initiate improvements in tools (SolarWinds, Panorama, Prime, Cisco DNA, Infoblox) requirements gathering and processes.** **4.** **Responsible for investigating causes, tests solutions & suggest solutions in place to reduce the time taken to resolve the network-related tickets.** **5.** **Make recommendations based on analytics to improve performance and optimization of network infrastructure.** **6.** **Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.** **7.** **Understanding Network supports priorities and objectives and takes an active role in accomplishing them.**
