Job description

**Job Title:** Network - ( Routers & Switches), Palo ALto, Cisco Wireless - 3 position **Experience Range: 4-10 years** **Job Location: Pan India** **Virtual Interview Date: 18th April (Saturday)** **Timing : 10am to 4pm** **Must have :** - **Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 network incidents and outages** - **Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues** - **Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution** - **Maintain and Hardware refresh network infrastructure** - **Monitor network health, analyze logs, and proactively prevent issues** - **Execute changes, patching, and firmware upgrades** - **Support WAN/MPLS/Internet connectivity issues** - **Design, implement, and optimize LAN/WAN network architecture** - **Configure and manage routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)** - **Perform root cause analysis and permanent fixes for recurring issues** - **Lead network migrations, device replacements, and upgrades** - **Collaborate with security, server, and cloud teams for infrastructure integration** - **Provide technical guidance and mentoring to L1/L2 engineers** - **Maintain documentation, network diagrams, and SOPs** - **Work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors** - **Cisco certifications (CCNA / CCNP )** - **Experience with SD-WAN / ACI / Nexus** - **Sound knowledge of ITIL 4 and Agile Methodologies** - **Familiarity working with SNOW as end user.** - **Experience in preparing documentations and SOPs.** **Let's connect on Linkedln: linkedin.com/in/mahalaxmi-g-46a391245** **For Opportunities visit: https://ibegin.tcs.com/iBegin** **Website: www.tcs.com**
